For those very few people who thought the that EarthRoamer was just not man enough we brought you a short piece on the Action Mobil XRS 7200. Of course, we got lots of criticism from people who think these big, macho campers are just not camping. For these people we have looked at rugged camping trailers like the Kimberley Camper Trailers.
We have even featured the tiny, cute, incredibly clever, expanding Teardrop Trailers. Never, did we expect to feature an Offroad, Offtrack Teardrop Trailer
The Incredibly Rugged, Offtrack, Deep Snow Teardrop Camping Trailer
Think of Teardrop Camping Trailers and you probably think something like:
- Small
- Cute
- Delicate
- Tow behind small hatch (or any small car)
What you probably wouldn’t think about is:
- Big 4×4 Truck
- Snow, Ice, Sub-zero
- Offroad, offtrack
That’s exactly what you get with the Offroad Teardrop Camper. When we say snow, we really mean snow. Even this grunt monster truck gets stuck for a while. Reverse up, go for a lower ratio and it’s off again - towing this tiny teardrop trailer behind.
This video only shows the trailer being pulled through the forest. We never actually see these guys camping out in the ice and snow.
The way this bounces around you just have to hope that whatever the camper’s contents they are all very securely strapped down.
