Kimberley Camper - Luxury, Rugged Camper Trailer That Defies Logic
From the reaction to a couple of our posts it’s clear that there is lots of interest in luxury, off-road campers. If the price of the F550 Based Earthroamer puts you off you might consider one of the range of super-tough, camper trailers from Kimberly Camper.
What do you think off when you think of camping trailers? My bet is you kind of expect some sort of fold out tent with sleeping areas, kitchen, and, maybe a toilet too. Of course any trailer must have lots of room for storing all your camping gear.
You probably don’t expect quite the kit list that this Kimberley Camper provides.
This is a rugged beast designed specifically for off-road use. Its air suspension and softwalled tires (particularly good in sandy conditions apparently) are just part of making sure this works perfectly.
So along with everything that you would expect you get a fuel cell - gives you electricity no matter where you are - with 345W of solar panels too.
Of course you need a bit of power for the air conditioning and all the built in communications gear including camp wide wifi.
By now you will be expecting a wonderfully equipped kitchen and cooking facilities
You may not be expecting it to havec diesel powered hot water, water pumps, air conditioning…
You need to take a look at the video to see all that this trailer provides. It’s not cheap. At the time of writing 36,000 Aus Dollars is $26,000 and going on up to around $40,000. You certainly do get a lot for your money though.
