Today’s Clip of Bears Playing with Pink Balloon is Surreal

Pink Balloon Drifts into Bear Enclosure, Safaripark Beekse Bergen, Netherlands.
In this video a pink balloon drifts into the enclosure shared by 3 Sloth Bears.
It is clear the bears have never seen a balloon before. They approach it confidently enough but the look of shock as one nudges the balloon and it floats up into the air is priceless.
It is a surprise how long the bears manage to play with the delicate balloon. Soon enough though the balloon bursts. Sharp claws and a bears muscles are too much for any balloon

It is pretty sad that most of the comments over on Youtube seems to be concentrating on how terrible it is that a man-made, plastic balloon should have found its way into the bear enclosure. The main argument seems to be the damage the balloon can do to the bears once they burst and then eat it.
All we can say is, “Get a life”!
