Quite some time ago we published an article featuring the Nomad Collapsible Hot Tub. It got quite a lot of polarised comment at the time.
Comments broadly fall into 2 areas:
- What a great idea - can we have one
- If you want a hot tub don’t go camping
We pretty much fall into the middle ground - seems like a good idea for an extended lake camping stay. Probably too much trouble (and too controversial) for our normal weekend camp.
The only reason for mentioning it again is that we noticed that Nomad have a great offer if you purchase the tub and heater coil together. Here’s what they say on their web site:
